Study Q’eqchi’ or Spanish

This is not a classroom, not a typical by-the-book language course. This is real-world one-on-one language saturation with an educated native Spanish speaker, experiential language immersion. In exchange, you’ll help your language exchange partner with your native language. We call it Language Exchange, it’s a great way to study a language and give something back too – our Language Exchange participants totally agree.

Study Q’eqchi’ with us and share your native language with your Q’eqchi’ language exchange partner. We have an alliance with local university students, teachers and business professionals – they want to share their Q’eqchi’ language skills with you in exchange for you sharing your native language with language exchange partner. Format and Timing of your Language Exchange participation is coordinated between you and your language exchange partner. We highly encourage meals, outings, participation in everyday activities and cultural/social events with your language exchange partner.  Learning and practicing your language skills in a natural cultural and social environment, not a classroom, provides our language exchange participants with an intense, although highly productive, language learning experience. If for any reason, or no reason at all, you want to change your language exchange partner, no issues, no worries, let us know and we’ll be happy to help you with that too.
