~3 Acres and Two New Barrios for Buenas Cosas Organic Gardens
The President of the COCODE for Barrio Veinte de Mayo visited us here at the compound yesterday. Buenas Cosas has now been invited to develop ~3 acres of Organic Gardens next to the elementary school in their barrio. This will be an excellent opportunity to involve the school children of the barrio, growing their own organic veggies. Perfect!
Earlier today Angelica introduced Barrio El Arroyo to our organic gardens project and enrolled an initial 16 participating community members in our organic gardens project.
