Participants General Release

Participants give Buenas Cosas and its assigns permission to license any media obtained during their visit or participation for any purpose. Same media may be cropped, altered, modified or combined with other images, text, graphics, film, audio, audio-visual works. Visitors and participants also acknowledge and agree they have no rights to same media, all rights to same is property of Buenas Cosas and its assigns. Participants also acknowledge and agree they have no right to additional consideration or accounting, and will make no claim for any reason to Buenas Cosas or assigns and same is binding upon their heirs and assigns, is irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual and governed by the laws Guatemala.
